WHAT IT IS

Large bronze works are divided into manageable sections according to their form, structure, casting requirements, transport conditions, and final assembly. Sand molds are prepared for major cast components, which are then cleaned, aligned, joined, and integrated into the complete work.

Monumental sculpture, large Buddhist figures, public art, architectural bronze elements, oversized figurative works, and projects requiring sectional casting, full-scale preassembly, structural coordination, and later site installation.

Large works depend on how each section relates to the whole. We plan casting divisions, production access, joining points, internal support, lifting requirements, and later installation as connected parts of one production strategy.

Section Planning and Mold Strategy

The artwork is divided according to form, scale, surface detail, casting feasibility, structural requirements, transport limits, and the locations where later seams can be effectively joined and restored.

Large Castings and Component Production

Large sand molds and sectional casting methods are developed for major components, with attention to metal flow, wall thickness, handling, mold removal, and the requirements of later welding and assembly.

Assembly and Surface Continuity

Cast sections are aligned, welded, reinforced, ground, and chased during full-scale assembly so that structural connections and production seams are integrated into the complete form and surface of the artwork.
