Xinjiuding has supported international sculpture programs and welcomed international creative exchanges, bringing artists, institutions, and makers together through on-site development, fabrication, installation, and professional dialogue.

Part of the First China (Tongling) International Copper Sculpture Exhibition, the 2010 program brought artists and Xinjiuding’s production team together to develop and realize 35 permanent public sculptures.
Part of the Second China (Tongling) International Copper Sculpture Exhibition, the 2012 program connected international selection, on-site creation, and full-scale production at Xinjiuding’s creative base.

A visiting team from Wētā Workshop came to Xinjiuding for a foundry tour, technical discussions, and an informal creative salon.
