WHAT IT IS

After burnout, molten bronze or other copper alloys are poured into the mold cavity, allowing fine relief, narrow edges, small features, and repeatable forms to be carried into metal.

At this scale, minor variations remain visible. We coordinate pattern quality, spruing, investment, burnout, pouring, and finishing so the intended detail is preserved throughout the casting process.

Wax Pattern Preparation and Duplication

Wax patterns are produced in flexible molds, refined, and checked individually before assembly, with close attention to fine ornament, clean edges, and consistency across a series.

Spruing, Investment, and Casting

We design compact sprue systems, assemble wax trees, prepare and burn out the investment molds, and coordinate melting and pouring to support reliable metal flow through small, complex forms.

Fine Finishing and Inspection

After divestment, castings are separated, cleaned, locally repaired or laser-welded where required, polished, and closely inspected before surface finishing or assembly.
