A monumental commemorative ding created for the 110th anniversary of Nanjing University.
This project was developed in response to the artistic, spatial, and technical requirements of the site. The work combines sculptural form, material expression, and its relationship with the surrounding environment.
Xinjiuding participated in the production process according to the agreed scope, supporting the translation of the original concept into a completed metal artwork.
The work enlarges the form and decorative language of a traditional Chinese ritual vessel into a campus landmark. Its monumental proportions combine historical symbolism with the commemorative role of a modern public artwork.
