An abstract brass sculpture expressing the protective and intimate relationship between a parent and child.
This project was developed in response to the artistic, spatial, and technical requirements of the site. The work combines sculptural form, material expression, and its relationship with the surrounding environment.
Xinjiuding participated in the production process according to the agreed scope, supporting the translation of the original concept into a completed metal artwork.
Rounded, interlocking forms suggest two figures without describing them literally. The larger form appears to shelter and support the smaller one, allowing the relationship to be understood through balance, proximity, and gesture.
