A bronze reproduction of the Zenghou Yi zun-pan, produced by Xinjiuding through traditional lost-wax casting and detailed metal and surface finishing.
This project was developed in response to the artistic, spatial, and technical requirements of the site. The work combines sculptural form, material expression, and its relationship with the surrounding environment.
Xinjiuding participated in the production process according to the agreed scope, supporting the translation of the original concept into a completed metal artwork.
Produced approximately between 2017 and 2019, this project focused on translating the complex form, layered openwork ornament, and dense decorative detail of the Zenghou Yi zun-pan into a modern bronze reproduction. Xinjiuding used traditional lost-wax casting as the primary production method, followed by detailed metal refinement and surface finishing.
